1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to Monster Fishing, an e-commerce platform/marketplace for fishing gear and outdoor activities ("Platform"), managed by Rummit Fishing Co., Ltd.

1.2 We respect your privacy rights and comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand (Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 – PDPA) and applicable laws in all countries where we operate.

1.3 This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and/or process your personal data ("you") and your rights related to that data. Please read it carefully. By using the Platform, you accept this policy.

1.4 "Personal Data" refers to any information about an individual that can identify that person directly or indirectly (e.g., name, ID card number, email, phone number, IP address, device location, etc.).

1.5 This policy is in conjunction with any other agreements (such as Terms of Service, consent forms, or disclaimers in various forms) and does not limit your rights under the law.

2. When We Collect Personal Data

We may collect your data when any of the following occurs:

(a) You create a Monster Fishing account or log in to the Platform.

(b) You fill out a form, sign up for promotions, or participate in any activities (online or offline).

(c) You place an order, make a payment, request a refund, or interact with a transaction.

(d) You contact customer support via phone, chat, email, social media, or in-person.

(e) You use digital functions such as cookies, SDKs, or allow our app to retrieve information from your device.

(f) You link your Monster Fishing account with a social media account (Facebook, Line, Google, etc.).

Multimedia Data: Photos/videos/audio uploaded or streamed on Monster Fishing Live

Other Data: KYC verification documents, contest submissions, complaints

3.2 You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. We may request additional documents to verify the accuracy of the data.

4. Automatically Collected Data

4.1 When you visit the Platform, our servers will automatically log data from your device (e.g., IP address, user-agent, pages visited, time spent) to analyze security and improve services.

4.2 Mobile apps may retrieve location data (GPS, Wi-Fi, Cell ID) to provide nearby store searches, shipping options, or product recommendations. If you do not wish to share this data, you can disable it in your device's settings.

4.3 When third-party SDKs (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook SDK) are installed, your device may send some data to us and these third parties for analysis and fraud prevention.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

5.1 We or our advertising partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or similar technologies to:

• Remember login and shopping cart.

7.1 We implement technical measures (e.g., TLS/SSL encryption, password hashing, firewalls, WAF, intrusion detection systems) and organizational measures (e.g., access control, employee training, confidentiality agreements) to protect your data from unauthorized access.

7.2 Data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected or longer if required by law. After the data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

8.1 We may disclose or transfer data to:

• Transaction partners (sellers on the platform, shipping companies, payment service providers, service centers) to complete your orders.

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete the data and close the account immediately.

11. Security Disclaimer & External Links

While we take reasonable efforts to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. Our platform may contain links to external websites beyond our control. We are not responsible for the practices or content of those websites.

12. Data Transfer Abroad

Our servers or data processors may be located outside of Thailand. In such cases, we ensure that the recipient complies with data protection standards equivalent to or higher than those required by Thai law.

13. How to Exercise Your Rights

13.1 Withdraw Consent – You can withdraw consent partially or entirely at any time, which may affect your ability to use some services.

13.2 Access, Request Copies, Modify, Delete, or Suspend Data – Send your request with identification documents to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days unless extended by law.

13.3 Opt-out of Marketing – Click "Unsubscribe" in emails or adjust account settings at any time.

15. Terms and Changes to Policy

15.1 Any disputes regarding services are governed by the Terms of Service and Thai law.

15.2 Monster Fishing may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be clearly posted on the platform, and continued use of the services after updates indicates your acceptance.
